Shipping policy

Dhana London delivers to customers worldwide. We aim to get your orders shipped within 1-2 days of placing your order. 

Royal Mail First class delivery is used for all UK customers. 

Europe: 

Royal Mail tracked signed for delivery is used for all European customers. A standard delivery time is 7-10 working days. 

Royal Mail tracked signed for delivery is used for our customers around the globe! A standard delivery time for all international orders are 10-15 working days. 

Import fees and customs taxes may be applied to your package, this is the customers responsibility to pay these fees. Please be aware that this will delay your delivery and Dhana London is not responsible for import fees or custom taxes. Import fees and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, these fees will need to be paid for you to receive your parcel. If on the occasion, you fail to pay the fees and the product is returned to Dhana London, you will be liable to pay for the additional fees charged.
